I find this to be VERY disturbing.

I was wandering through the net today.. and found this site -

http://www.godhatesgoths.com/

So, yes, mainly, this Reverend hates Goths. All forms. I can handle that. That's nothing new to me.

What gets me though, is if you continue to here - http://www.godhatesgoths.com/main.html- there are various articles about various things.. and then you scroll down to the bottom.

First is "God Hates Harry Potter". Yeah yeah, nothing new.

Then there is "God Hates Retards" ... WTF??? Yes, according to this man, mr/dd are spawns of half demons, and they are looking for people to maim, rape, and kill. *blink* Well, just read it.

And then there is the "God Hates Women", and proclaims that 99.999% of women are going to go to hell. Well isn't that just nice?

Really, when you read these, I can not see how this man is a man of God. For as much as Catholics are bashed on, and even though I am not currently going to a mass, or a service of any kind, I find his language and his mentality to be very ungodly. I am very very disturbed right now...

today is a sleepy day. I slept.. but I don't feel like I did. Maybe cause it's so gloomy outside? I dunno.

Tonight, we take our residents to the Christmas party.. And there will be cookies and pop, and Santa Claus, and mass chaos. *grin* As much as I don't look forward to the chaos, I do because then I'll get to see the other 7 residents that I miss. Huzzahs.

Yesterday was kind of a blah day.. but that was just because I did laundry, and then I went to mom's and saw my sisters, and then I went to the pet store, and WalMart, and Giant Eagle and the dollar store. Oi. And then I came to Craigs to visit and see him...

oh yess... BILL AND TAMI ARE GONE!!!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No more drunken stupid people. And the apt smells infinitely better too.

This next 2 weeks will prove to be wrong as my weekend off, I'll be in Swanton/Toledo. So much to DO yet. *Grouses* I only have 2 christmas presents to buy yet though. Hurray.

Ah well.. I suppose I should go and get ready, since I still need to stop at the bank yet on the way to work. ^_^

Hmmm.. I do need to find more JtHM icons though..... I need more Nny.

Yeah.. So.. Craig, Justin and John were supposed to go to Dope tonight just by themselves.. Craig called me at like 7 and asked me if I wanted to come up after work because Justin wasn't feeling good, and Dottie wouldn't let Kala come since it was a school night. So we discussed details, and such, and I headed up to Peabody's after work. I am thoroughly exhausted now, but again, I am reminded that sometimes, I need a concert to relax and clear my mind. My back which was only a little sore is a lot sore, but honestly.. I can deal with that. It was awesome to see Dope, and we saw some of the guys from Marazene in the pit, as well as Waylon and Stitch from Mushroomhead. Angel, Stitch's wife was there with them as well, and some members of the band she's in (As Summer Dies). It was really neat to be down on the floor with them and just having fun with them like we have fun when we're at concerts of theirs. ^_^ So, tonight, it was Craig, John, John's girlfriend, a friend of theirs, and I. Craig was again very protective of me, even while we were in the pit. IT was really cute actually. :) I've noticed that a lot of the guys there will protect the girls, even if they have no idea who you are. I had a few guys that stood in front of me too when I backed out of the outer ring. It's like a protective ring of moshing. Heh. :)

Off to sleep I go.. I'm tired, I'm sore, and I'm cold.. but I'm relaxed again, and my mind is somewhat clearer, and I'm not nearly as stressed about some stuff as I was. Gonna take my cat with me, and just curl up, get comfy and pass out. Yay!

So... I was really hoping to get come back to the house and just sleep tonight.. I'm beyond exhausted, as the last few nights, I've gotten minimal sleep.. 3 or 4 hours each night. UJ called me today at work to tell me that he noticed that Felix (the cat) was leaving little spots of blood everywhere she was sitting.. So when I got home, I picked her up, took one look at her butt and went "oh shit". Dave and I took a trip to the Animal Emergency Center in Lorain. She has an abcessed (sp?) anal gland, and it's gotten big enough that it split her skin in the back, and was trying to come out that way. So.. Right now, she's having kitty surgery to get it all drained and stitched, and I'm going to go pick her up in just under 7 hours. :( :( :(

Just in time for her to go to the vet Friday to get a flea bath and her nails trimmed, and then she's off to Grandma's house for the weekend for a visit while Mommy sets off flea bombs in the house, and Daddy sets them off in his apt. I'm thinking that the fleas got in the house from the woods because she's been clean for 2 years now from the last out break we had.. I was just going to treat everything there with the spray shit, but they're showing up at Craig's house too so one of us must've taken a larvae or two over. So.. gonna get it taken care of asap because I'm not having my cat go through another years worth of fighting fleas like she did when they got in Mom and Dads house the last time...

Work has been going good. I've been asked again to step up to a manager position, but I'm not seeing that as an option right now. Especially with finally getting somewhere with loans for school, I can go back and school and manager just doesn't mix very well.

So.. I'm off to bed for a few hours.. I'm glad that Craig is going to the Dope concert tomorrow night without me because a) he needs a night out with the guys, and b) I want to just sleep for a very very very long time and I'll be able to do that when I leave work. Yay!

Okie... night night

Today is going to be an interesting day...

This morning thus far, I've already gone and gotten my food stuffs, and gone to the store. Now it's time to go get in the shower.. The hardest part of my day is going to be the next 3 hours.

I'm taking one of my favorite residents to the nursing home today. After a long last 3 months of working my butt off with him, it's time for him to leave us. We simply can't take care of him anymore, and even in knowing this, I still feel like in some way that we've let him down. The dementia is just too much for us to handle anymore.

I don't like being the person that has to take him.. but... I guess in a way it's a honor too. It's just goign to be really hard to leave him there, knowing that in a few minutes he's going to be be asking for me and I won't be there. I feel like that instead of helping him, that I'm going to be abandoning him. Maybe that's what's got me so frustrated. *shrug*

Then tonight, Dave, Craig, UJ and I are going to Kristen and Tom's for a halloween party tonight. :) Tonight is when I can kick back, relax, and get back to the person I was before all this stuff with said resident started. I've been so stressed out that I've lost myself. I've gotten so caught up in it that I lost my mind for a while. Thank God Craig's been as understanding as he has been.. Poor man gets most of it taken out on him.. Something that needs to stop because that's not really fair to him.

But.. Off I go to shower.. I'll post pics of tonight when I find the camera cord.. :)

1. Who eats more?
Him.. The man can eat like crazy.

2. Who said "I love you" first?
Hmm.. That's rough.. I've said it first once, and he's said it first once.

3. Who is the morning person?
I tend to not be cranky if I have to get up in the morning, but really, neither of us are morning people

4. Who sings better?
It depends on the song... :)

5. Who’s older?
ME! By one month and 6 days. :)

6. Who’s smarter?
We're both smart, but about different things

7. Whose temper is worse?
His. His is more frequent and shorter, while mine takes a while, but lasts longer. lol

8. Who does the laundry?
We each do our own at the moment.

9. Who does the dishes?
Uh.. Bill actually most of the time.. then sometimes me, sometimes Tami, sometimes him.

10. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed?
Actually, we both love the wall part of the bed, so we frequently switch sides depending on who's willing to give up the wall.

11. Whose feet are bigger?
uh.. his by a little bit, but we're about the same

12. Whose hair is longer?
Mine

13. Do you have pets?
I gots a kitty cat.

15. Who pays the bills?
We each have our own that we pay, though at some point it will change to where he does rent and utilities, and I'll do car insurance, food, and renter's insurance until my car is paid off.

16. Who cooks dinner?
It depends on who's home. We both like to cook, so sometimes we argue over who's cooking, but most times end up cooking together

17. Who drives when you are together?
We alternate.. Sometiems I drive.. sometimes he drives.. again, depends on the mood.

18. Who pays when you go out to dinner?
... Depends... lol... that's another thing we share.. some nights I'll get him, and some nights, he'll get me.

19. Who’s the most stubborn?
He's quite stubborn, though he's been good about it. I'm stubborn in my own ways..

20. Who is the first one to admit when they’re wrong?
Uh... We don't do that as much as talk about it, and come to an understanding of what we may have misunderstood.
